My favourite Falling Star Ranch horse: It’s hard to choose one ;-). I really like Sam because he is a challenge and I like challenges. Miho is a cutie and the first almost green horse I rode in my life, and I like Twister of course. I really enjoyed it to watch him buck around.

My favourite activities: The trail rides of course and to learn a lot about body language. To notice how tough round penning is.

My fondest memory: To get my bronze certification (in groundwork and riding) at a Chris Irwin Clinic, chasing cows, riding Bandit in a barrel race at the Valemount Rodeo, and watching Heartland.

My advice for future volunteers: Enjoy it! I’m sure you will have a lot of fun. Don’t be in doubt if you are doing the right thing. You are definitely doing the right thing.

My personal experience: My farmstay was one of the best things I’ve done in my life. I don't regret a single day.
