Welcome to the Falling Star Ranch

Broodmares

We started breeding horses in 2002, a year after moving to the Falling Star Ranch in the Robson Valley, with the purchase of MoJo, a 1999 red dun quarter horse mare. She has given us three foals, two of them sired by our Arabian stallion EA Shades of Fire, barn name "Fire". Falling Star Ranch currently has three mares of breeding age.

We specialize in part-bred Arabians for performance, ranch work and recreation. Our goal is to breed and raise good quality, pretty, athletic, all-around horses with sound conformation, good temperament and willing, trainable minds. Our horses are bred for versatility and will succeed in the show ring, in the rodeo arena, as pleasure horses on the trail, as ranch horses or as breeding stock. We only breed a couple of mares every year to ensure that all horses are handled on a daily basis. The foals are halter-broke, dewormed, vaccinated and used to being groomed and having their feet trimmed. They are also trained to load easily into a horse trailer.

Please email or call us for information regarding our broodmares.
We look forward to hearing from you!

We invite you to stop by and visit our broodmares, or any of our other horses (please phone ahead to make sure we are around). We will be happy to show them to you, and we hope that you will enjoy them as much as we do.
