1998 14.3 hh chestnut Morgan gelding

Sam is a great all around horse with lots of potential for hunter-jumper, eventing, dressage and trail riding. Sam is schooling training level dressage and is well started on lateral movements. Under saddle, he has jumped to 3' with ease. He has been chute jumped to 3'6''. Sam is forward and bold to the jump, has good form over fences, and is an honest jumper.

Sam has spent five years on a cattle ranch where he has been trail ridden extensively and was used to check cows. Sam is excellent in the bush, at crossing creeks and swamps, as well as at going up and down ditches. He is used to traffic, kids, bikes, tractors, quads, other horses, dogs, cats, chickens, etc.

Sam has participated in several clinics, three clinics with renowned horseman Chris Irwin as well as a jumping clinic with Angela Tremblay.

Sam has excellent conformation, is very athletic and well balanced. He is sound, up-to-date on worming and vaccinations and farrier work, is an easy keeper, stands for the farrier, and loads and trailers easily. He leads, ties, and has excellent ground manners.

Sam would suit an intermediate to experienced, confident rider. A competitive home is preferred to put his jumping talent to use.

Sam will be in training with Chris Irwin gold certified trainer Birgit Stutz until sold.
